It starts with a free scoping call: what happens today, what should happen instead, and what it is worth to you. From that you get a short written description of what will be built and a fixed price. We build in stages, and you see it working early, so if it is not right we find out in week one rather than at the end. When it is done we host it, keep it running and change it as your business changes.

Do I need a website first?
No. Plenty of what we build is a private tool for the business, not a public site.
What if my needs change halfway through?
They usually do. Building in stages means changes are a conversation and a revised price, not an argument.
Who looks after it afterwards?
We do, on the same hosting and care terms as a website, unless you would rather run it yourself.
