Your site lives on UK servers, is backed up every night, kept up to date and watched around the clock, and you have one person to email when anything needs doing.

What is included
- Hosting on fast UK servers, with a free security certificate so the padlock is always there.
- Nightly backups kept off the server, so a bad update or a mistake can be undone.
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates applied and checked, not left to chance.
- Monitoring around the clock. If the site goes down, we know before you do and we are already on it.
- Business email at your own domain.
- Security headers, spam protection and the basics that most hosts leave to you.
- Small changes done for you: a new photo, a price, an opening time. Just email.
How it works
If we built your site, hosting starts at launch and there is nothing to do. If someone else built it, we look it over first, tell you honestly what state it is in, and move it across on a day that suits you, with no downtime for your visitors. Either way you get a monthly invoice, and you can cancel at any time with a month’s notice. Your site and your domain stay yours.
What it costs
A flat monthly fee, quoted for your site, that covers everything on the list above. Bigger or busier sites cost more because they need more server and more care, and the quote explains why. There is no setup fee for sites we built and no long contract for anyone.
Common questions
What if my site is hacked or breaks?
We restore it from the previous night’s backup and find out what happened. That is what the backups and the monitoring are for.
Can you move my email as well?
Yes. We move mailboxes across with you, and nothing is lost.
What if I want to leave?
A month’s notice and we hand over everything: the site files, the database and the domain. No hard feelings.
